PURPOSE:

Designed for simultaneous washing of both glass surfaces in a single pass by four pairs of brushes, in order to degrease the surfaces and remove residual cerium oxide after edge polishing and abrasive material after frosting, etc.

APPLICATION AREA:

Enterprises and workshops manufacturing glass products, producing insulated glass units for window frames of various wood and plastic designs, furniture production glass parts workshops (facades, shelves, countertops, etc.), and construction industry enterprises.

DESIGN FEATURES:

	WASHING MACHINE BODY Made of stainless steel with increased corrosion resistance, which ensures a long service life for the machine.
	FEED CONVEYOR MECHANISM The glass is fed into the washing zone in a horizontal plane using a conveyor with rubberized rollers. This ensures reliable and gentle movement of the glass without damaging the surface.
	GLASS FEED DRIVE INTO THE PROCESSING ZONE Performed by a gear motor via a chain drive. The feed speed is adjusted steplessly by rotating the variator handwheel. This ensures uniform feed and selection of the optimal speed for the glass to pass through the washing section for higher-quality cleaning of the glass surfaces.
	WASHING BRUSH ROLLERS Washing brush rollers with abrasion-resistant bristles ensure the most thorough cleaning of the glass surfaces passing between the rollers.
	THROUGH-TYPE DRYING CHAMBER Installed separately from the washing zone along the direction of glass feed. Ensures complete removal of water from the glass surfaces using a directed air flow. Guaranteed drying without heating the air reagent significantly reduces the machine's energy consumption.
	DRYING CHAMBER FAN Supplies air to the glass surfaces at a constant air flow speed. Distributes the air flow evenly throughout the drying chamber.
	TANK WITH PUMP The washing machine is equipped with a tank with a water recirculation system for reuse.
	WASHING MACHINE CONTROL PANEL The control panel, located on the front wall of the electrical cabinet, provides comprehensive control of all the machine's working units.

ADDITIONAL CONFIGURATION: *

	WATER CUTOFF The drying chamber can be equipped with "air knives" made of stainless steel. The high air flow pressure in the "air knives" during drying ensures high-quality drying of the glass surfaces and edges, increases machine productivity, and also saves electricity, since there is no need to install an air heating system.
	LOW-E COATED GLASS WASHING FUNCTION Brushes with fine bristles for washing Low-E coated glass are installed in the washing section.
	GLASS HEATING For high-quality drying of small parts, the washing machine can additionally be equipped with three infrared drying lamps.
	LIGHTING Lamps for light-based inspection of surface washing quality of the glass on the output conveyor of the washing machine.
	WATER HEATING Additionally, the water tanks are equipped with a water heating function and filters for cleaning the water.
