The UAE's construction boom has generated sustained demand for aluminium extrusion products — curtain wall profiles, window systems, structural sections, and architectural elements. Local extrusion producers supply this demand and export across the GCC. We supply extrusion plant equipment from billet heating through press operation to surface treatment and finishing.

What we supply

• Extrusion presses — 1,200 to 4,000 tonne hydraulic direct extrusion presses
• Billet heaters — induction and gas-fired, with accurate temperature control
• Quench systems — air and water quench tables, profile cooling
• Stretchers and saw benches — in-line straightening and cutting
• Ageing furnaces — artificial ageing for T5/T6 temper
• Anodising lines — sulphuric acid anodising, colouring, sealing
• Powder coating lines — pre-treatment, spray booths, curing ovens
