Aerosol Can Line — Turnkey

A TURNKEY CONFIGURATION FOR TWO-PIECE ALUMINIUM AEROSOL CAN PRODUCTION — BUILT ON OUR EXPERIENCE DELIVERING D&I CAN LINES.

Two-piece D&I aerosol cans are lighter than traditional three-piece cans and have no side seam. Their production follows the same principles as aluminium beverage cans, with additional requirements for neck forming and leak testing. We configure the line for your can format and output and manage the project from engineering to rated capacity. Aerosol cans serve personal care, household chemicals, automotive and food aerosol producers across the GCC.

What the solution includes

  • Technology concept, line layout and capacity calculation for your can format
  • Core forming equipment — cupping, body forming, trimming
  • Washing, drying, decorating and internal coating systems
  • Neck forming and shaping equipment
  • Leak testing and quality control equipment throughout the line
  • Logistics, customs clearance and site delivery from manufacturers in Asia
  • Technical supervision, commissioning and ramp-up to rated capacity

How the project proceeds

  1. Define can format, target capacity and site conditions
  2. Develop the technology concept and equipment configuration; agree the delivery model
  3. Execute procurement, manufacturing supervision and logistics to site
  4. Commission the line, ramp up to capacity and provide post-launch support

Why Infinity

We have delivered aluminium can line projects with combined investment exceeding $260 million, and aerosol can production relies on the same D&I technology. This page describes a configuration we are ready to deliver, not a completed aerosol can project.

What is the typical project timeline from order to full production?

Depending on line capacity and equipment availability, typically 12 to 24 months from equipment order to rated output.

Which delivery model is right for our project?

P (procurement only) if you have engineering in-house. EP if you need the technology concept. EPS for the full cycle including logistics and customs. PMC can be added to any of these for owner's representation.

Can the beverage can line also produce aerosol cans?

Where is the equipment sourced from?

Primarily China, South Korea, and India — manufacturers whose equipment fully meets the technical requirements of the project.
