Project Management — Technical Client

The Technical Client (Owner's Engineer) role means we represent the owner in all technical and commercial dealings with contractors, equipment suppliers, and design organisations. The owner retains final authority and approval rights; we provide the engineering expertise and project management capacity to exercise those rights effectively — planning, controlling, and reporting on all aspects of the project.

• Project schedule development and maintenance — critical path monitoring
• Budget management — cost tracking, change order review, payment certification
• Contractor coordination — kick-off meetings, progress reviews, issue resolution
• Interface management between design, supply, and construction teams
• Risk identification and mitigation planning
• Monthly and ad-hoc reporting to the owner
• Commissioning coordination and handover to operations

2. Mobilise the project management team matched to the project scale
3. Manage day-to-day contractor activities and report to the owner on progress and risks
4. Coordinate commissioning and formal project handover
