We manage the industrial project on behalf of the owner — coordinating contractors, controlling schedule and budget, and making informed technical decisions throughout construction and commissioning.

Selecting and verifying a site for manufacturing in the UAE — requirements analysis, free zone and mainland options, infrastructure and land status checks, through to signing the lease or purchase agreement.

Preparing documentation and managing a project through the financing process in the UAE — business plan to approval from banks, leasing companies, or government development institutions.
