PURPOSE:
The machine is designed for fine grinding and polishing of the glass edge to eliminate irregularities after breaking, and for profiling a straight euro edge with bevels at a 45˚ angle on both sides in a single pass.

| | GRINDING UNITS The grinding unit ensures high-quality glass edge processing (GOST 111-2001). Adjustment of the grinding spindles (advance to the glass) and setting of the clamping force are performed using pneumatic cylinders designed for finer adjustment, which compensates for wear of the grinding wheels and ensures high quality of the processed glass edge surface. |
