PURPOSE:
Designed for straight-line and shape cutting of sheet glass with a thickness of 3 to 20 mm into pieces of specified dimensions.

| AUTOMATIC GLASS LOADING
A movable loader with vacuum suction cups takes glass from the storage rack and loads sheets one at a time onto the cutting table. |
| CUTTING LAYOUT OPTIMIZATION PROGRAM The glass cutting optimization program is designed for companies that cut sheet glass into many small pieces of different sizes and shapes, and it significantly reduces the amount of waste. Each individual piece can have its own dimensions, so every cutting plan will differ from the previous one. Experience shows that creating cutting plans manually results in approximately 15–20% waste. Using the optimization program, the waste percentage from cutting is reduced to a minimal level of 3–5%. The optimization program has the function of selecting optimization options based on minimum waste priority, as well as manual layout creation and editing. |
| AUTOMATIC STRAIGHT-LINE AND SHAPE CUTTING The cutting head is made of German components and can rotate freely through 360° to cut any shape. Computer-controlled movement of the cutting head enables automatic cutting according to the optimized cutting plan. |
| AIR-CUSHION TABLE The table is equipped with an air cushion. A powerful fan for supplying air is built into the lower part of the table body. It distributes air evenly over the table surface, forming an air cushion that reduces friction between the glass and the table surface during all operations involving glass movement. |
| CONTROL PANEL The control panel is ergonomic and convenient; the "operator-machine" dialog is easily carried out thanks to the simple interface and user-friendly software. Automatic monitoring of the machine's operation allows the cause of an alarm signal to be quickly identified, displaying the cause of the malfunction on the screen and providing the appropriate solution. The problem is resolved more conveniently and promptly, without delaying production. |

| AUTOMATIC CONVEYOR BELT After cutting, the conveyor moves the glass to an additional service table, where the glass is broken into pieces. This increases the productivity of the cutting table and saves time. |
