What the solution includes

• Batch house — raw material silos, weighing, mixing, and cullet return systems
• End-port or cross-fired regenerative furnace — sized to line capacity, with forehearth conditioning
• IS (individual section) forming machines — press-and-blow or blow-and-blow, to bottle or jar specification
• Annealing lehr — controlled cooling to relieve thermal stress
• Hot-end and cold-end coating systems — for surface protection and scratch resistance
• Inspection machines — for dimensional checks, wall thickness, and defect detection
• Palletising and stretch-wrapping systems
