What are the delivery times?

Each specific case involves individual delivery times. Everything depends on the location of the customer (in the UAE, CIS countries, neighboring countries) and the manufacturer (or supplier) in China. It matters whether the required product is available in stock at the time of application. If not, additional time for production will be required. Delivery times average 1.5-3 months. Regarding delivery of machinery and oversized Chinese equipment, when shipped "air," the customer receives the ordered goods in 2-3 weeks.

What are the production times for required Chinese equipment when it's not available in the manufacturer's warehouses at the time of application?

On average - 7-30 days, depending on the complexity and configuration of the equipment.

Does the Chinese supplier provide equipment warranty?

Yes, Chinese manufacturers provide warranty. The warranty period for any Chinese equipment is typically 6 or 12 months. Everything depends on the nature of the acquired equipment. The warranty period is calculated from the moment of customer acceptance, confirmed by an acceptance certificate. All other warranty conditions relate to cases where the technical documentation for the product provides otherwise.

How are commissioning work and Chinese equipment installation carried out? Is there a possibility of training customer personnel?

Chinese suppliers, when necessary, send their specialists for equipment startup, conduct supervision and installation, and train customer employees. Customer costs include payment for: specialist travel (flights) both ways, their visas, meals and accommodation plus each engineer's daily salary (negotiated separately).

What is the language of the software for CNC machines?

All equipment exported from China is equipped with software in English.

What information is included in the instruction manual accompanying the supplied equipment?

Any equipment supplied by Infinity is accompanied by instructions or a passport in English. These documents contain information about the Chinese manufacturer and its location, specified compliance standards for equipment requirements (information about conducted certifications, compliance certificate numbers are provided). Information about effective equipment use is reflected, data about shelf life and service life are provided. Consumer properties of purchased equipment are indicated, as well as rules for its safe operation.
